Site Advantages/Description
Enjoying a convenient location at the Kuan Yin Industrial Area, we are just 70km away from the seaport, 10km from the airport, 15km from the rail station, and 10km from the nearest highway. Our subcontractors are situated 3km from us, and we are 20km away from where we obtain our raw materials from.
A 2000-square meter warehouse is also available for storing our merchandise.
We are proud of our location in the Kuan Yin Industrial Area, considered to be a model place, enforcing awareness of the environment condition, and reasonable production and labor management and transportation regulations.

Machinery/Production Process
We have a semi-automated production process, with half of our equipment imported (Swiss weaving machine), and half locally sourced. We have invested a total of US$ 4,000,000 for our machinery.
Production process begins with the raw materials passing through the stages of warping and weaving, becoming raw tapes, and then being dyed. Hooks are then segregated from the loops. Hooks undergo coating and hook cutting while loops pass through brushing and coating. Both products are slit simultaneously, wound, and finally packed.

R&D is done partially in-house with subcontractor. Our team is made up of skilled staff holding university degrees, master degrees, or college diplomas with average experience of 10 years per staff.
Their expertise covers computer technology, product design, enhancement of production efficiency, and market analysis.
We develop new products to meet existing market demands, for new markets, and for improvement.
We emphasize on new product type, design, quality, production efficiency, and environmental protection.

QC/Technical Support
We have our in-house QC staff responsible for the quality assurance of each product. Our team consists of two engineers, six trained inspectors, and one production staff specially trained for performing quality control. They are energetic, skillful and reliable.

Training programs are offered to our staff, performed in-house or through other agencies such as the Textile Research Center, and Public Chemical Technology Development Department.

Procedures/testing Details
We believe in the necessity of quality check for products. That is why even though the quality of materials and components are guaranteed by the suppliers, they are still inspected in-house. QC is carried out through each stage of the production, down to the final product output, and extends to the post-packaging stage. A random check is performed to further assure an almost zero-defect status.
Strict methods are applied to meet customers' exacting specifications and pass international standards.
